About
Mississippi State University Libraries is dedicated to hosting top quality conference opportunities for academic libraries. For more than a decade the MSU Libraries has hosted the MidSouth eResource Symposium, along with pioneering discussions about applications of new technology in libraries with the Emerging Technologies Summit. Both conferences have experienced growing popularity and attracted a national following. Building on that success and finding common ground between the two conferences, the MSU Libraries is relaunching them this year as the MSU Libraries eResource and Emerging Technologies Summit (MSU LEETS).
The inaugural MSU Libraries eResource and Emerging Technologies Summit will be held Friday and Saturday, August 3rd and 4th, 2012. Friday will focus on eResource topics and Saturday will be on Emerging Technologies. As for the past two years, attendees will still have the option to attend one or both days, but we believe the two-day lineup will convince you that one day is simply not enough. The cost for attending both days is $80, and a one-day ticket will be $50. Library School students will be discounted to $50 for the two-days, and NASIG members receive a 20% discount.
The Mississippi State University Libraries is looking forward to this new chapter in our effort to provide you with the best possible conference experience. We can’t wait to see you at the MSU Libraries eResource and Emerging Technologies Summit this year and in coming years.
